His Death Overcame

by Unbroken Light

There are three different categories of songs written in the book of Psalms: songs of praise, thanksgiving, and lament. We have plenty of the first two categories in modern worship music, but very few of the latter. And yet conversely, the psalms are primarily made up of songs of lament.

Several of the songs on this album are laments. My hope is that by being honest and open about my personal struggles in these songs, it may encourage others to know they are not alone. God is in the process of redeeming our brokenness for His glory, but it is a process. Despite being in the storm, we can find strength in knowing “that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

Gate Between Two Walls

by Unbroken Light

This album is a journey that takes the listener from the starting point of a decision (or a "Gate Between Two Walls") whether they will decide to live for themselves or for God. Is this not the decision we all must make?

This is an album meant to be listened to from start to finish... an ambitious composition of world percussion, violins, electric guitars, and choirs. It is the story of humanity, of Christ breaking through and making a way. It is the daily struggle of letting go, of thinking we know what is best and then wandering the wilderness only to find out we've traveled back to the place where we started, needing a Savior. I hope you all will take that journey with us...

As You Wish

by Cliffs of Insanity

This is the first album we recorded titled “As You Wish” back in the early 2000’s when we were in the band Cliffs of Insanity. Some of the songs on this album were inspired by the movie “The Princess Bride” which is a favorite among our band members.

Recorded at Ambient Studios in Maryland and engineered by Ray Tilkens. Band members included Josh Mills, Matt White, and BT Burke with special guest Dave Beeler on two of the tracks.
